String Of Indecent Exposures In Alexandria Nets 2 Arrests: Report

Police in Alexandria arrested two suspects in connection to five unrelated cases of indecent exposure, WUSA-9 reports.

Khalid Benmana, 46, was arrested around 4:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of S. Hayes Street, after he entered a business and started touching himself inappropriately, as reported by WUSA-9.

The second man charged with indecent exposure, 57-year-old Michael Shepherd, was arrested after police received a report that he stole items from one business before entering another business and exposing himself, the outlet said.

A woman reported being followed by a Middle Eastern man who exposed himself on July 9 near Henderson Road. This suspect remains at large
